Cancellation policy

A. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to fourteen days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fortnight from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us ( Strong Magnets GmbH, Goldberger Str. 92, 40822 Mettmann, Germany, Telephone: +49 (0)2104 9539020, Email: info@strong-magnets.eu ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

B. Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

C. Return of goods
You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days You must return or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days of notifying us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

They wear the direct costs of returning the goods .

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

D. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • For the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
  • For consumers who are not members of a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

E. General information

  • Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.
  • Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
  • The above information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
